PHOEBUS FINANCE SA operates as a marketing and consulting agent, providing a platform that connects clients with third-party card issuers for specific services, such as card issuance and payment solutions. We do not provide financial services directly, nor do we hold or manage client funds.

2. Role of PHOEBUS FINANCE SA

PHOEBUS FINANCE SA acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party card issuers. Our role is similar to that of a marketplace facilitator for marketing and consulting purposes. We assist clients in accessing services provided by card issuers, but we do not offer or control the financial products (cards) directly.

• All card-related services are provided by third-party issuers, and PHOEBUS FINANCE SA is not responsible for the terms, functionality, or services provided by these issuers.
• Each client will enter into a separate agreement with the selected card issuer. These agreements will contain the specific terms of use for the card and will govern the client’s relationship with the issuer.

3. No Direct Control of Client Funds

PHOEBUS FINANCE SA does not hold, manage, or process client funds. All financial transactions, including card issuance, card top-ups, and payment processing, are conducted by third-party card issuers.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and agreeing to the terms and conditions of each card issuer they choose to engage with. PHOEBUS FINANCE SA is not liable for any disputes or issues that arise between the client and the card issuer.

5. Limitation of Liability

PHOEBUS FINANCE SA provides a platform for connecting clients with card issuers and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any card issuer services. We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Issues related to card usage or performance.
• Disputes between the client and the card issuer.
• Any service interruptions or failures on the part of the card issuer.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

PHOEBUS FINANCE SA may collect personal data from clients for the purpose of connecting them with card issuers. However, any sensitive payment or financial data will be managed solely by the card issuers according to their privacy policies. PHOEBUS FINANCE SA will not share personal data with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services.

7. Modification of Services and Terms

PHOEBUS FINANCE SA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
